After founding a successful company that specialized in providing dorm supplies to college campuses, Tyson followed his passion into commercial real estate. As a property manager he oversaw a portfolio of 10 medical office buildings totaling 350,000 square feet. Tyson’s experience in commercial property operations, finance, project management and negotiations developed a solid skillset that has translated well into multifamily investment sales and advisory services. Tyson's methodical and collaborative approach to every client's unique investment strategy consistently delivers results.
After receiving a scholarship and playing baseball at USC Upstate, Tyson transferred to Chico State and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology. He also an M.A. in Special Education. His continued devotion for California colleges comes from being an avid Cal Bear fan his entire life.
When Not Working:
Tyson is spending time with his wife Tanisha, and two children, Cason and Reed.
