Hardly a newcomer to the investment real estate scene, Cody brings more than 18 years of sales experience to the HFO team. His keen understanding of both sides of the real estate transaction gives him an extra sensitivity to the needs and concerns of HFO clients. Prior to founding HFO, Cody was regularly a top producer at some of Portland's top brokerage firms.

HFO - Investment Firm Hugh Holtman, Sales Associate
Hugh Holtman is HFO's Sales Associate. Hugh's experience in finance and project management make him an indispensable part of the HFO broker team. Hugh is currently responsible for actively serving and working with HFO's clients in Salem, Albany, Corvallis, and the Eugene/Springfield area. Hugh has been working many years in real estate. Most recently he managed construction projects for Skanska USA (formerly Baugh Construction).

Nick Klein is an HFO Sales Associate focusing on servicing apartment owners in the Portland/Vancouver market. He has grown up around and been involved in the multifamily industry in various capacities, including management, lending, and brokerage. Nick graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Economics. Prior to joining HFO, Nick was a sales associate in the Portland office of a national commercial real estate firm, focusing on multifamily investments in a similar capacity to his work at HFO.

HFO - Investment Firm Valerie Henzel, Executive Assistant
Valerie brings knowledge of commercial transactions as an escrow assistant. We plan to put her years of experience and industry credibility to good use in property research and broker support. Valerie has also worked in the insurance, technology and legal arenas. Among her other tasks, Valerie will be working closely with our brokers to compile sales comparables, rent surveys, and information for preparation of proformas. Like the rest of us, Valerie's main goal is to make sure things get done on time and exceed our client's expectations.
