397-Unit Apartment Community in Vancouver Sells for $68.8 Million

HFO Investment Real Estate (HFO) has sold the 387-unit Green Leaf River Pointe Apartments in Vancouver, Washington for $68.8 million.

HFO’s institutional team represented the seller, Green Leaf Partners of California, and located a California buyer for the property.

“This property represents a true value-add opportunity in the highly desirable market of Vancouver. Green Leaf River Pointe offers an investor a critical mass of units that can benefit from a program of continual improvements and enhancements,” said HFO partner Cody Hagerman.
