GREA CAPITAL SERVICES GROUP CLOSES $4 MILLION APARTMENT REFINANCE
NEW YORK, NY/PORTLAND, OR (August 2025) – The Capital Services Group of GREA (Global Real Estate Advisors) and HFO Investment Real Estate in Portland announce the closing of a $4 million multifamily refinance loan. The asset involved was a 48-unit 44,250-square-foot garden-style apartment complex in Lincoln City, Oregon.
The transaction was arranged by GREA Capital Services, including senior directors Matt Swerdlow, Matthew Dzbanek, and director Anthony Priest in NYC. Adam Smith, a senior broker with HFO Investment Real Estate, a GREA partner office, provided local advice.
A Refinance with Unicorn Terms
The loan features a 10-year term with the first five years fixed at a spread of 1.87% over the FHLB of Des Moines, followed by a reset at FHLB of Des Moines plus 2.00% for the remaining five years. The loan includes a 30-year amortization schedule and no prepayment penalty.
