City Council to Hold Public Hearing on Residential Infill Plan on Thursday
The Portland City Council plans to hold a public hearing on the Residential Infill Plan amendments this Thursday, March 12th at 2pm. This could be the last public hearing before the Council votes on the final plan. Among the proposed amendments is one that would allow developers to build up to 6 units on single family lots if half of the units are affordable at 60% MFI. Read more.
