HFO Adds Broker Adam Smith to Serve Southern Willamette Valley, Bend Regions

HFO Investment Real Estate (HFO) has hired Adam Smith for a newly-created broker position. Smith will represent multifamily owners in real estate transactions for Salem, Albany, Corvallis, Eugene/Springfield and the surrounding areas. He will also serve Bend and the surrounding area.

Smith—born and raised in Corvallis—joins HFO from Nike, where for six years he managed retail store openings in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to that he was project lead at Nordstrom.

“Adam’s project management experience and ability at building meaningful long-term business partnerships and relationships will help our company strengthen existing relationships while building new connections with owners from Salem to Eugene/Springfield,” says HFO partner Rob Marton. “His experience with fortune 500 companies brings an innate knowledge of business transactions important to our clients in the purchase and sale of their apartment investment properties.”

Prior to becoming a licensed Oregon real estate broker, Smith earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Portland.
