HFO Named a CoStar Power Broker Top Sales Firm 3/1/2026

HFO Investment Real Estate has been named one of the Portland market’s Top Sales Firms in the 2025 CoStar Power Broker Awards. HFO has consistently been ranked among the top firms since 2007. The annual awards honor the commercial real estate firms that closed the highest sales volume in their markets based on CoStar’s verified transaction data.

HFO was the only multifamily-only brokerage among the five Portland firms recognized, joining CBRE, Colliers, JLL, and Kidder Mathews.
