HFO-TV: Attorney Christen White on Portland’s inclusionary housing law

Christen White, founding partner of the law firm Radler White, Parks & Alexander, offers a detailed look at the workings (or not) of the City of Portland’s Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) program. The IZ requirement became effective on February 1, 2017. White’s speech was delivered at the April 2018 Multifamily NW Apartment Report breakfast at the Oregon Convention Center.
