Cathy Reines discusses the Portland projects under development by Koz. The company began three years ago in Washington State and has brought units averaging of 270 square feet to Oregon with these six projects in Portland. Nearly all renters live alone in the smaller units but the company is branching out from studios to micro 1- and 2-bedroom apartments.
