HFO-TV: Chris Robinson on Multifaimly Taxes, Opportunity Zones, and Inclusionary Zoning

Attorney Chris Robinson discusses the tax rates on newly completed multifamily properties in Gresham and Fairview. Recently adopted legislation allowing cities to change property ratios which are resulting in unique tax issues for new assets.
