Dr. Calanog is Head of Commercial Real Estate Economics at Moody’s Analytics. Before the Moody’s acquisition, he led the REIS economics and research team as Chief Economist, responsible for creating REIS’s econometric models, data flow and collection process, trend aggregation, forecasting, and custom analytics. He is Managing Editor for the Council for Real Estate Finance’s publications and serves on the Board of Directors at the Counselors of Real Estate.
