HFO-TV: How Portland’s Historic Resource Code Changes May Impact You. Hearing Scheduled 11/3/2021
If you own a building in Portland that is part of a national historic district, you may already face delays in conducting upgrades, improvements, or remodeling. The City of Portland has proposed an alternative that would allow more input outside specific neighborhoods and would hopefully offer an alternative to historic landmark designation while encouraging more housing development rather than less.
