HFO-TV: Multnomah County’s Deborah Kafoury discusses the Move-In Multnomah homeless program

Multnomah County Chair Deborah Kafoury and Shannon Singleton, director of the Joint Office of Homeless Services, answer questions about the way the county works with landlords and the Move-In Multnomah program offering incentives and support for landlords who are willing to reduce application requirements for recently homeless prospective tenants, including paid rent for a year. The deadline to apply is June 30th.
