HFO Partner Greg Frick conducted an interview with Portland City Council candidate Loretta Smith. Smith is running for council position 2 against Dan Ryan. Smith first discusses what she called a failure of leadership regarding Portland’s downtown protests, before getting into positions on housing policies.

Ryan’s campaign has not responded to multiple requests for a similar interview.
