HFO-TV: The City of Portland’s Comprehensive Plan Update with Eric Engstrom

Current plans cover topics like: * Road Congestion Reduction * Possible Future Marine Terminal at West Hayden Island * Urban Infill Development Parking * Residential Demolitions * Future Transportation Needs *

The comprehensive plan update will take place in two stages

1) High level policy update – happening right now
2) Implementation phase will come before the City Commission in 2015 which will include a rewrite of commercial mixed use zones – including design standards

Public hearings are closed but written comments are being accepted through March. If you look at the Map App, you’ll be able to learn what is changing in the current plan.
