HFO-TV: The Oregon Legislature’s Approach to Housing Laws in 2021 [Part II]

In Part II, Multifamily NW Deputy Director Michael Havlik discusses SB 278. SB 278 requires a 60-day eviction pause for tenants when they provide proof to the landlord that they have applied for rental assistance. Multifamily NW will also be conducting training for landlords on how to access the landlord funding guarantee program. Havlik also discusses the confusion that ensues when varying jurisdictions enact a variety of housing requirements.
