Higher interest rates are not ideal for
investors, but they are a sign that the economy is recovering and the
unemployment rate is decreasing.  As the debt markets shift, it is
critical for apartment investors to stay on top of analyzing and improving operations in order to increase their NOI growth.  Just increasing rents
