Landlord/Tenant Coalition & Manufactured Housing Groups Gearing Up for Fight Against Rent Control, No-Cause Evictions

The Portland Tribune reports that Landlord/Tenant coalitions representing both apartment buildings and manufactured housing parks are at an impasse as a result of proposals to end the ban on rent control and stop no-cause evictions. Landlords advocating for a stronger voice in the debate have selected John DiLorenzo as their representative, and made it clear that they are against eliminating no-cause evictions.
