Metro Seeks Land for Affordable Housing
According to Emily Lieb, Metro Housing Bond Program Manager, “Oregon Metro is looking to acquire land for new construction of housing units rather than purchasing existing buildings with the bond fund we administer in-house.” Lieb indicated that several of Metro’s local government partners, including cities, may be looking to acquire properties through a nonprofit partner.
