Multnomah County Eviction Moratorium Will Now Expire July 2021
Multnomah County commissioners voted unanimously to extend the county’s eviction moratorium through July 2, 2021. Tenants will still have a 6 month grace period to pay back any rent owed. This is the fourth extension of the county eviction moratorium since March.
