John W. Mitchell is the owner of M & H Economic Consultants. John was a professor of economic at Boise State for 13 years before joining U.S. Bancorp in July, 1983. For 15 years he was chief economist of US Bancorp and for 9 years after that was the economist for the western region of US Bank.
