Portland Metro Q4 Vacancy Rate Falls Again, to 2.9%
The U.S. Census Bureau reports that the Portland/Vancouver metro area’s vacancy rate fell yet again, from
3.1 percent to 2.9 percent in the fourth quarter of 2011.

Q4 2011 vacancy estimate of 5.8 percent, down from 6.8 percent the prior quarter
and the nation’s 16th lowest.
