Anthony Priest is a capital services professional who arranges debt and equity placement for commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties. He works with HFO clients through GREA Capital Services, the financing arm of Global Real Estate Advisors, giving apartment owners in Oregon and Washington direct access to lenders across the country.
Anthony joined GREA in 2022 as an analyst in the Investment Sales Group before moving into the Capital Services Group as an associate, where he now focuses on financing for construction, renovation, acquisition, and refinancing across U.S. markets. In 2024, he received the firm’s Force Multiplier Award for his contributions to the team. Before joining GREA, he worked as a real estate analyst with New York investment banking firm B. Riley Financial, evaluating and appraising real estate assets nationwide.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Anthony is based in New York’s Greenwich Village and spends his free time traveling, golfing, and skiing.
