Esmeralda Olivares is a graphic designer and marketing specialist at HFO Investment Real Estate. HFO is the largest multifamily-only brokerage in the Pacific Northwest, with 12 brokers focused exclusively on apartment investment sales in Oregon and Washington. HFO’s Pacific Northwest partner is GREA (Global Real Estate Advisors).
Esme creates and manages HFO’s marketing materials, including offering memoranda, proposals, social media content, and email campaigns. Her work supports the firm’s brokers and clients across every stage of a transaction. She has five years of design experience and combines creativity and strategy to produce visually compelling materials that communicate clearly and serve a clear purpose.
Esme earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from George Fox University. She also studied abroad at the American University of Rome, where she broadened her perspective on design, creativity, and culture.
