Lance Bantlin

Lance has been working on multifamily deals since 2020. At HFO, he conducts financial underwriting and analysis of multifamily properties. His prior experience was working as a development and acquisition analyst for a prominent Oregon senior housing company. He was responsible for underwriting, managing due diligence, and overseeing project management for new development and portfolio acquisitions valued at tens of millions of dollars. Lance has also conducted valuation analyses of commercial real estate for use in property tax appeals. Lance earned his B.S. from the University of Arizona, where he majored in urban and regional development and minored in business administration and environmental studies.
