Matthew Dzbanek arranges debt and equity financing for multifamily and mixed-use properties. He works with HFO clients through GREA Capital Services, the financing arm of Global Real Estate Advisors, giving apartment owners in Oregon and Washington direct access to lenders across the country.
Matthew has spent more than a decade in commercial real estate. He began his career as an investment sales associate at CPEX in Brooklyn, then moved to acquisitions with The Lightstone Group before shifting to capital markets in 2015.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a focus on finance and international business, from Washington University. He also holds a certification in real estate finance and investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Matthew is based in New York and is active with UJA-Federation of New York and the Jewish National Fund.
