Yuriy Chubok is an associate broker with HFO Investment Real Estate, the largest multifamily-only brokerage in the Pacific Northwest. He joined the firm in 2023 and works with apartment owners in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties, typically on communities of 5-30 units.
Before entering brokerage, Yuriy founded and ran a drone inspection company. The work covered telecom infrastructure, solar farms, and building roofs, along with aerial photography and marketing material for real estate properties and events. That background gives him a working knowledge of roof condition, building envelope, and site layout, and it shapes how he approaches property marketing.
Yuriy studied mechanical engineering at Portland State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon.
