Tenant Groups Targeting the Wrong People

Landlords are the wrong target in the need for more affordable housing.
The reason housing prices are up is because the City is not processing
permits fast enough and not encouraging development of affordable
housing in all the ways it could be. Landlords are an easy scapegoat.
