Tiffany Wright Wins CRE Woman of the Year at GlobeSt.Com’s Annual Women of Influence Conference [7/14/26]

July 14, 2026 — Tiffany Wright has been named to GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence 2026 in the category of Rising Star and was awarded the annual conference’s highest honor, CRE Woman of the Year.

In her first full year as chief operating officer of Portland’s HFO Investment Real Estate and CEO of Global Real Estate Advisors, Tiffany Wright increased the firm’s transaction volume by 25.5% year-over-year to $2.19 billion. She also earned back-to-back Top 10 national rankings in Multi-Housing News’ Top U.S. Multifamily Brokerage Firms list. In addition, she launched four national specialty sector teams and expanded the firm’s presence. Remarkably, she achieved all of these feats while navigating one of the most challenging capital markets environments in recent memory.

Wright serves as a featured panelist for the session, “AI Literacy: Turning Buzzwords into Practical Application & Bottom-Line Value.” The presentation explores how artificial intelligence is transforming the commercial real estate landscape. It focuses on actionable strategies for portfolio optimization, predictive analytics, tenant engagement, and operational efficiency. Furthermore, Wright joins a distinguished lineup of fellow industry executives from PeakMade Real Estate, Trivium Real Estate Advisors, CoStar, RealPage, and Resimplifi. Together, they discuss turning tech trends into tangible bottom-line value.
