Tina Kotek Interview on Rent Control in the Oregonian

The Oregonian interviewed Tina Kotek about why she wants to end the ban on rent control, as well as what she envisions for a “rent stabilization” program. In the interview she claims there is no evidence that rent stabilization restricts supply, and argues that landlords have not provided what she considers better solutions.
