The Property:

The Pointe was built in multiple phases and featured a diverse unit mix that includes some townhomes. The property offers two clubhouses and outdoor swimming pools.

Opportunities and Challenges:

A portion of The Pointe’s units had been updated, and all of the common areas had been renovated. Exterior improvements, including newer roofs and exterior painting, had recently been completed.

Results:

HFO targeted a buyer looking for value add opportunities outside of Portland. The buyers planned to continue renovations of unit interiors and add features to the common areas.
