Since joining HFO in 2014, Lee Fehrenbacher has successfully completed more than $500 million in multifamily transactions. Lee is committed to building long-term relationships and aims to be a trusted resource for his clients as one of the most knowledgeable brokers in the market. He is an active member of Multifamily NW’s Government Affairs Committee and dedicates much of his time advocating for housing providers throughout the Portland metro area.
His areas of expertise include financial analysis and market valuation, market studies, and value-add repositioning. Lee also specializes in new construction and development, as well as the marketing and sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties.
Before transitioning to brokerage, Lee worked as a journalist for various business publications after studying English and Journalism at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors in a tiny camper with his wife and two young children.
