Greg Frick is co-founder of HFO Real Estate. He has worked in multifamily investment sales since 1992 and his multifamily investment sales and advisory experience help inform the entire HFO team.
Since its founding in 1999, the HFO team has closed transactions involving more than 41,000 apartment units valued at more than $6.3 billion. Greg’s granular knowledge of the Oregon and SW Washington market has helped HFO become the market leader in multifamily transactions for both private and institutional clients. Greg Frick has served on the boards of Multifamily NW and More Housing Now! He is also a frequent speaker at industry events and a guest lecturer at the PSU Center for Real Estate.
Greg graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon and Washington.
