Under his leadership, HFO has closed transactions involving more than 41,000 apartment units valued at more than $6.3 billion since its founding in 1999. In addition, CoStar consistently recognizes the firm as the leading multifamily brokerage in the Portland metro area based on transaction volume.
Greg is one of the most frequently cited multifamily experts in the Pacific Northwest. Journalists at the Portland Business Journal, The Oregonian/Oregonlive, Willamette Week, OPB, The Daily Journal of Commerce, and The Rental Housing Journal turn to him for analysis of apartment market conditions. Greg has served on the boards of Multifamily NW and More Housing Now! Additionally, he advises private owners, family partnerships, and institutional investors on dispositions, acquisitions, and portfolio strategy across Oregon and SW Washington. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Portland State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington.
