As Director of Client Services & Systems Operations, Laura combines a deep commitment to client experience with a passion for building efficient, scalable systems. With degrees from Oregon State University and Willamette University College of Law, she brings both analytical rigor and strategic thinking to her leadership style.
Laura has worked in commercial real estate since 2015. In her role at HFO, Laura focuses on streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement across the company’s systems. She thrives on bringing clarity to complex systems, improving internal processes, and creating structures that empower teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
What Laura enjoys most about her work is the intersection of planning, organization, and innovation—finding new ways to elevate both the client journey and internal collaboration. She believes that strong systems create space for better human connection and service.
Outside of work, she loves traveling and being outdoors. You’ll often find her paddleboarding in the summer, on the golf course, or exploring new trails.
