PORTLAND, Ore., June 21, 2022 – HFO Investment Real Estate (HFO) has hired Julie Eng as director of marketing.

Eng joins HFO from Portland-based Fairway America, where she managed content marketing. Prior to that, she spent seven years building and leading the marketing and communications team at multifamily-focused Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments in San Francisco.

“Julie’s background in various areas of marketing and communications will be an asset to HFO as we continue to grow,” says HFO partner Greg Frick. “Her expertise in multifamily real estate will help us to continue to reach more apartment buyers and sellers in the Pacific Northwest.”

Prior to working at Fairway America and Hamilton Zanze, Eng worked in journalism and advertising. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
