Lance Bantlin

Analyst

Lance conducts financial underwriting and analysis of multifamily properties for HFO listings. His prior experience was working as a development and acquisition analyst for a prominent Oregon senior housing company. He was responsible for underwriting, managing due diligence, and project management for new development and acquisitions of portfolios valued at tens of millions of dollars. Lance has also conducted valuation analyses of commercial real estate for utilizing in property tax appeals. Lance earned his B.S. from the University of Arizona, where he majored in urban and regional development and minored in business administration and environmental studies.

In his free time, Lance enjoys cruising around town in a car that's older than he is.
